If you use Zuplay, you accept all the terms of use of the service. This includes the current rules and any future changes. When the company updates the terms and conditions, this will be communicated in advance – and sometimes you may need to re-confirm your agreement. If you continue to play after an update – it means you automatically agree to the new rules.

Possible Errors and Corrections

Here’s some basic information about bugs, crashes, or fixes:

  • If there is a technical glitch on the site, any bets that may have been affected by it will be voided;
  • It is your responsibility to notify support if you notice an error or incorrect calculation;
  • If a game is disabled or the casino crashes, bets on that game will be void;
  • If there was a miscalculation in the game or system – such as an incorrect odds or win calculation – the bet may be canceled and excess funds debited;
